When visiting Lancashire you will find it has a great choice of countryside pubs and places to go out and eat and drink. In Lancashire, pubs produce old Lancashire classics, such as the melt in your mouth Lancashire hotpot or the great old pub classics like the beef stew or fish dishes such as scampi and chips. You will always find the people are friendly and down to earth, and easy to talk to. Getting around Lancashire is rather easy, if you wish to leave your car and go out on a night out, you will find most transport is regular. If you ask the bar staff in a pub they will give you a number for a local taxi if you are staying close by yet don’t wish to walk back to your hotel or apartment!
